…..We are Claudia and Pedro, living in the paradise of Playa del Carmen since 5 and 7 years ago, respectively. We both have worked for a long time in the tourism industry, either in Mexico or in our respective country’s of origin, Italy (Rimini) and Cuba (La Havana).

A few months ago, we became the owners of three recently built apartments (December 2005), located in the center of Playa del Carmen, in a quiet residential area, only a few blocks from the turquoise Caribbean Sea and the “Quinta Avenida”, the famous Fifth Avenue.

The environment you will find in our apartments is comfortable and clean, with ceiling fans and air condicioned in all the rooms.

Depending on your needs, you can choose the 2 or 3 bedroom apartment, for 4 to 6 people.
Each apartment is equipped with 2 bathrooms, one with shower, the other with tub, a large kitchen adjoining to the laundry area, a living room.

We furnished our apartments with a wooden carved rustic style, typical from Guadalajara, Mexico.
To decorate, we bought handy crafts and paintings from Cuba.….but above all, we didn’t forget comfort and useful details!

In the bathroom, you will find a hair dryer; in the kitchen, all kinds of tools, including an Italian mocha coffee-maker, blender, microwave oven, and a regular coffee machine; in the living room, a TV and a VHS player.

The apartments are located on the first and second floor; secured by a gatel and intercom.All the condos have access to a private garden and the building is secured by a 24 security service.

One hundred meters away, you will find the main supermarkets ( Walmart, Comercial Mexicana and San Francisco de Asis) and also laundry service, a pharmacy.

At 200 meters, you will get to the bus station, where all the destinations of the Yucatan and Mexico are available.

At 300 meters, not so far from the town hall and the CentralPlaza, you will find the catholic church.

At 600 meters, you will reach the sea.
