Playa del Carmen |
City recently developed with tourism, located half way between Cancun and Tulum with numerous hotels and
luxurious villas.
The hotel zone is concentrated in Playacar, south of the city, surrounded by white sandy beaches full of palm tree leafed parasols.
The zone is also equipped with an 18 hole golf course.
The city of Playa is home to a great
night life, numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

| Isla Mujeres |
Caribbean Sea, safe tourism, Isla Mujeres is not as built up as Cancun is. Only 8 kilometers in length, easy to explore by renting a bicycle or a scooter. The most famous beach is “Playa los Cocos”, located at 5 minutes from the town center whereas the best snorkel place is the National Park of “el Garrafon” ( better to arrive early, before the big ferries from Cancun ). Isla Mujeres is for those who like tourist conveniences and a bit of night life, being far from the confusion and the concrete of the cities.

The biggest island of Mexico is a divers favorite place. Cozumel- is surrounded by a coral barrier reef considered to be one ofthe most beautiful in the world.

| Tulum |
A small Mayan city overlooking the turquoise expanse of the Caribbean Sea; Tulum, 130 km from Cancun, is for sure one of the more basic locations of the Yucatan.
There are no hotels around the archeological site, only bungalows “ cabanas” with hammocks that give this place the hippy atmosphere of another time.

Coba |
At 42 km northwest of Tulum, in the heart ofthe thick Yucatan jungle, enjoy the lakes of Coba and Macanxoc, full of toucans, gannets and white herons, and his archeological site, one of the last Mayan

Chichen Itza |
Yucatan’s most famous Mayan site, at 120 km from Merida, is an unavoidable stopover to realize how Mexicans were living before Columbus’s arrival. The city is divided in two parts, a Mayan and a Toltec-Mayan.
The most famous monument is the castle, which is a pyramid with stairs on its four sides.
Reaching the top is a unique experience to enjoy the spectacular view. The best time to visit is the early morning
or late in the afternoon- less people, less heat.

Capital of the state of Yucatan, founded in 1542, it’s a city with it typical local markets, a colonial atmosphere, lovely churches and ancient palaces, characterized by porches and high columns; some of them have been turned into beautiful hotels. Nightlife is mainly out-door with numerous live music options either modern or traditional Mexican.
